Today we had a very exciting fruit and vegetable tasting session where the children got to taste lots of different fruit and vegetables! We tasted some of the fruits from the story "Handa's Surprise" including lots of other fruit and vegetables! We tried strawberries, pears, bananas, carrots, celery, peppers, peas to name just a few! Each child then decided if they liked the fruit or vegetable or not and recorded it on their sheet. We also talked about how each one tasted, smelt and felt! It was amazing to see the children discovering lots of new foods that they like!
