Sports
Pupils at Rath N.S. have the opportunity to participate in a range of sports. We believe that taking part in sports activities enables children to learn leadership skills and the value of teamwork and sportsmanship, not to mention the obvious physical and mental benefits that accrue from exercise. We partake in the following sports; football, hurling, rounders, tag rugby, athletics, table tennis and basketball.
Swimming, is anther sport in which classes from 2nd to 6th class participates as part Physical Education programme.
